Paulo Sargento. Alfonso Egea. Mercedes. an Interview

Paulo Sargento, Alfonso Egea, and our own dear Mercedes of Hasta que se sepa la Verdad, were recently interviewed by the Spanish television network Cuatro (Four) for the show Las mañanas de Cuatro. (Four Mornings, unsurprisingly.)

The interview although in Spanish, is however, accompanied by an English transcript, here's a taste.

Alejandro Vázquez: You've worked on the Madeleine case from the beginning

Paulo Sargento: From the beginning, from the second day after the disappearance

Alejandro Vázquez: And what's your theory?

Paulo Sargento: I think the girl died on May 3, and it would have been utterly impossible for the kidnapping to have taken place. The abduction has been a media construction only, because there is not one supporting fact to support this.

Alejandro Vázquez: Why the McCanns are now saying that there is no evidence that Madeleine is dead?

Paulo Sargento: Because their (the McCann’s) interpretation is contrary to death, in fact there is evidence: corpse odour, the scent of human blood and there is a set of forensic evidence, evidence that the girl is dead unfortunately.

Alejandro Vázquez: Can your surmise that with such evidence that there has been a murder, manslaughter...

Paulo Sargento: Yes

Alejandro Vázquez: ...the case has been shelved.

Paulo Sargento: I am sure that were it a Portuguese couple, the treatment wouldn’t have been the same. The forensic evidence would have been constituted as proof, and probably the couple would be in prison.

Alejandro Vázquez: How would you define Gerry and Kate’s behaviour? more

The Quality of the Searchers

Is I'm afraid on par with my offering here.

Kate McCann's attempt at damage limitation after the Lisbon debacle, which can be read in full at the post immediately below.

We are currently in Lisbon for the trial to determine whether the injunction against Mr Amaral's book and DVD should remain in place. This trial is about whether the book is a true reflection [1] of the official judicial process in to Madeleine's disappearance and whether its contents damage the ongoing search for Madeleine, [2] her siblings [3] and our reputations.[4]

[1] No it isn't, it is a book, what it reflects is academic.

[2] What search, ongoing or otherwise, is that pray, and by whom, surely not, Metodo "home by Christmas" 3, they of the Morocco fiasco, paid false sightings, Illegal wire-tappers, cocaine thieves and general crooks all round.

The private detective being paid by Kate and Gerry McCann to find their daughter has claimed he knows who took Madeleine and that he could have her back with her family before Christmas.

Francisco Marco, the director general of Metodo 3, indicated that they were closing in on the four-year-old’s abductor and preparing to hand over their “evidence” to police.

He said: “We have proof of her movements after her kidnap and we know she was alive the day after her disappearance. We are not certain she left Portugal.

The detective added: “We know who kidnapped her. Liverpool Echo

Well you would kind of expect detectives of the calibre of the Metodo 3 to do just that, I mean let's face it, they are the business, Charlie Potatoes, the Dog's Bollocks of the investigation world. How could they not be, they have to be, the News of the World says they are, and there is one thing you can rely on when it involves the McCanns, you can certainly rely on the Screws. Can't you just.

Emphasis mine, capitals theirs.

A CRACK new team of private eyes are now hunting missing Maddie McCann-and they are convinced she was snatched TO ORDER by a paedophile gang then SMUGGLED out to Morocco.

Today we sensationally reveal the renowned Spanish Metodo 3 detective agency-hired by parents Kate and Gerry-believe the four-year-old was targeted after a tip-off from INSIDE their Portuguese holiday complex.

An insider said: "It's distressing but gives us all hope Maddie's still alive."

DISTRAUGHT Kate and Gerry McCann are coming to terms with the sickening thought that missing daughter Maddie is in the hands of a gang of Moroccan paedophiles.

After studying all the evidence the couple's team of ace private eyes are convinced the she was kidnapped to order from the family's Algarve holiday apartment then spirited away to feed North Africa's sick child sex industry.

The highly-respected Spanish detective agency Metodo 3 have NEVER FAILED to find a missing person they've hunted-including a teenage boy they rescued after he was abducted by a pervert. Prisoner of evil newsoftheworld.co.uk

They're boys, they surely are.

But are we talking about the same firm here, surely not the same firm that The Mail, of all people, describe as an Irrelevant Waste of Funds, shurely shome mishtake?

How can they be irrelevant, not all forty of them, surely not, not when each and every one them has his own personal Cuddle Cat to squeeze.

Metodo 3, whose contract expires in March, has 40 investigators working on the case, here and in Portugal and Spain.

Each has a replica of Cuddle Cat, Madeleine's favourite toy, which they are encouraged to squeeze when they feel demotivated at the size of their task.

So, if it's not forty detectives and forty cuddle Cats that's doing the searching, who is?

Well there's one thing for sure, it's not this fellow, he won't be searching, not from the inside of a jail cell he won't, searching his soul possibly for the odd "if only" or two, you know the ones, if only I hadn't taken the piss quite so much, I might not be sat here in this goddamned cell right now.

No I'm afraid the only thing Kevin,"a fool and someone else's money are soon parted" Halligen, is going to be looking for, is to avoid becoming Bubba's new wife when he experiences the horrors of what the Prison Nation (US) describes as the Department of Corrections.

This crack team of ex FBI described by the Mail, we must then assume is Halligen.
The obvious thing about this report are the priceless quotes by "a friend of the McCanns" Clarence Mitchell, they are, what one might simply describe as, something else, though quite possibly you might choose another description. But of all things, I think it would be safe to assume that Mitchell never returns to read that which rotates no more, old spin. So here is a little reminder for the dear heart.

But of this report as indeed with most others of its ilk, it beggars a question. Why after being made to look foolish by Mitchell and the McCanns, do the press keep coming back time after time for another basin full? Buggers for punishment as my Daddy used to say.

McCanns hire crack team of ex-FBI agents to find Madeleine

Kate and Gerry McCann have hired a team of crack U.S detectives to lead the hunt for their missing daughter Madeleine, it has emerged.

The unnamed US firm is said to have been offered a £500,000 six-month contract by the Find Madeleine Fun to help spearhead the search.

A friend of the McCanns said: 'The hunt for Madeleine is becoming more and more international and it was felt that a truly international firm was now needed to lead the inquiry.

"These really are the big boys. They are absolutely the best, but they are extremely secretive and cloak-and-dagger about what they do.

'Since their appointment, Metodo has very much taken a back seat and they are now concentrating primarily in Portugal and Spain and across the Straits of Gibraltar into north Africa, where they have their main contacts.

'The American agency is pretty much handling everything else.'

The secretive firm is said to employ ex-FBI, CIA and U.S special forces, according to the Daily Mirror.

The McCanns' spokesman Clarence Mitchell, said: 'Kate and Gerry made it clear from the outset they would leave no stone unturned in finding Madeleine and that means employing the very best people in any given field.

'It is correct that an international firm of investigators have been appointed.

'But I am unable to say anything at all about them because of the covert nature of their work and the need for secrecy, not only in looking for Madeleine, but also in relation to previous operations.'

The McCanns now have detectives working around the world at a reported cost of £166,000 a month. Mail

Doesn't he talk some bollocks.

"Renowned for leaving no stone unturned in his UK murder investigations"

Who went on to say:

"Madeleine McCann is still alive and was snatched by someone who wanted a child to love"

But that changed into:

He feels this is the lone prowler who has Maddie stashed in a cellar or dungeon in the lawless villages around Praia da Luz.

“I don’t want to generalise or make gross exaggerations, but there are people there living on the edges of society,” The rest of this boy's own nonsense at the Belfast Telegraph

And:

“Jane is a very reliable witness"

And:

I'm loosing the will to live.

And

Unfinished as it is, I'm going to go play in Paintshop, I must be able to come up with something better than this stale effort.

Initially I started out to briefly cover each one Kate McCann's talking points, but it has turned into this over written piece that was meant to highlight just what a crock the Mccann's searching has been.
And if this mockery is their best effort, then how much bigger a mockery is it to plead before a judge that the publication of Goncalo Amaral's is somehow going to hinder a search for which there are no active participents anyway.

Enough.
And Unedited.

Damage Limitation

Kate McCann's attempt at damage limitation after a few previously known and unknown facts became available to a wider audience after the Lisbon hearing.

We are currently in Lisbon for the trial to determine whether the injunction against Mr Amaral's book and DVD should remain in place. This trial is about whether the book is a true reflection of the official judicial process in to Madeleine's disappearance and whether its contents damage the ongoing search for Madeleine, her siblings and our reputations.

Mr Amaral's book and DVD contains some information from the PJ files but there is a lot in the files which is not in Mr Amaral's book. Hence it is highly selective and therefore biased. Mr Amaral's book contains his opinions rather than fact. His opinions differ from the findings in the PJ file. The conclusions of the latter are: 1.there is no evidence that Madeleine is dead and 2. there is no evidence that Gerry or I are involved in Madeleine's disappearance. This is very different to the theories and conclusions of Mr Amaral. It is logical and common sense that spreading these theories as Mr Amaral did (and continues todo) damages the search to find our little girl. If the general public (and the Portuguese people in particular) are bombarded day in and day out with such theories, this will eventually 'colour' their understanding and judgement -lies and inaccuracies become fact. If people subsequently believe that Madeleineis dead and that we are involved in her disappearance then they will not look for Madeleine, will not consider any suspicions about others which they may have and will not come forward with information. We consider this highly detrimental to the search for Madeleine.

There are few points which have been raised in the last few days which I would like to address specifically:

Abduction theory:For us, there is only the abduction theory possible because we were not involved in Madeleine's disappearance and we know Madeleine did not wander off by herself. It is obvious and right that the police should consider other theories initially.

The window: I described to the police officers exactly what I found that night, as it was and is highly relevant and I knew that every little detail could be helpful in finding my daughter which is our only aim. The window which is a ground floor window was completely open and is large enough for a person to easily climb through it. Whether it had been opened for this purpose remains unknown. It could of course have been opened by the perpetrator when inside the apartment as a potential escape route or left open as a 'red herring'

The dogs: We realise that the behaviour of the dogs was the turning point in the investigation for the PJ. The use of dogs has proved to be problematic and unreliable in previous cases

(please refer to the Jersey ‘Haut de La Garenne' case and other research published about their use and reliability). It is vital to note that alerts by such dogs are classified as intelligence rather than evidence, as police officers familiar with their use will verify. These alerts must be supported by forensics in order to be used as evidence. The results of the forensic examinations did not identify any blood or Madeleine's DNA. To suggestor use the dogs´ reactions as evidence is simply wrong and abusive.

The proposed reconstruction: The suggestion of a reconstruction of our movements and other key witnesses at the crime scene and/or surrounding area in the early days following Madeleine's abduction was declined by the PJ as 'not usual' for Portugal. When the PJ finally requested a reconstruction to take place in 2008, Gerry and I were still arguidos and as such would have attended for a reconstruction. Some key witnesses (including some of our friends)declined to attend the planned reconstruction as they were not convinced of the aims and usefulness of it. In particular, as the reconstruction was not to be shown to the media (and hence the general public), they did not feel it would help to find Madeleine. Had the intention been to show it to the general public, it may have 'jogged' memories and encouraged people to come forward with information. It should be added that other key witnesses were not invited to attend.

Our team is confident that the injunction will remain in place because none of the witnesses thus far have been able to prove in court that Mr. Amaral's right to express his opinion is superior to the rights of our family to peace, respect and protection of reputation, and above all, the right to continue the search for our daughter Madeleine effectively and without hindrance. As has been made clear this week, Mr Amaral's ‘thesis' is not supported by any evidence. The search for Madeleine must go on until we find her and bring her abductor(s) to justice.

Leicester Mercury aka The Fellatio Times

Is there I must ask, employing the odd metaphor in doing so, a competition of sorts between the Leicester Mercury and the Daily Mail?

A competition where both participants abase themselves in such a manner, and with a humility, that would by comparison give Uriah Heap the appearance of that old softy, Genghis, the Great Khan of the plains?

A contest in which the abject genuflect, not upon a single knee but on both, thus giving them the stability they require to perform, with all the dignity of a pox ridden crack whore, their unenviable endeavour of which these two are charged. Charged as to see which of the two rivals, can stuff into their soft wet, sticky lipped, servile mouths, the greatest amount of Gerry McCann's cock.

This fawning display of subservience, as contemptible as it is deplorable, is, it would appear, the face of British Journalism today. A face that must be said, fills me with no small amount of disquiet.

Disquiet felt in not dissimilar amounts when, much like yourselves I have no doubt, when I am presented with a report prepared by our elected representatives that I find simply, astonishing.

But I suppose astonishment must be the natural reaction after waking from a twenty year coma, for surely I must have been comatose for such a period and have woken into a world where reality is but a memory, a thing of the past, a world hitherto unknown to me.

A world in which reported only yesterday, having made losses of three point six billion Pounds Sterling, yes billion, a bank is to pay it's employees and fat cats the not too niggardly sum of one point three billion pounds in bonuses.

So not much that is terribly new in what is writ below, and this only taken in part, but rather an example of the type of deep throat techniques practised by our contemptible cocksuckers of the Leicester Mercury.

But it is only upon reading do we discover that the Mercury, no doubt in payment for services rendered, is the recipient of a mutual blowjob, a soixante-neuf perhaps performed by that most ubiquitous of slags, the whore Clarence Mitchell.

So pleased that their fore mentioned oral stimulation of McCann's cock had been rewarded, rewarded by the squalid creature Mitchell no less, so pleased were they in fact, that seemingly it is with pride rather than shame that they publish an account of this mutual obscenity in their own shitty little rag.

I have been rather presumptuous in my interpretation of what constituted the actuality of the Mercury's reward, perhaps not a blowjob at all, perhaps the Mercury were rewarded by being allowed to wallow in Mitchell's foul stream, as he pissed on them with the contempt of which they are so clearly deserving. Perhaps.

MPs Slam Newspapers.. you know the rest

It was impossible to say for certain that untrue articles were written in the Madeleine case as a result of pressure from editors, the MPs concluded.

But they said: "It is, however, clear that the press acted as a pack, ceaselessly hunting out fresh angles where new information was scarce.

"Portugal was also a foreign jurisdiction, where contempt of court laws were unclear, and no consideration was given to how reporting might prejudice any future trial.

"It is our belief that competitive and commercial factors contributed to abysmal standards in the gathering and the publishing of news about the McCann case."

The report said the "exceptionally high" public appetite for such news was "no excuse for such a lowering of standards''.

It said the McCanns' efforts to attract publicity for their search for Madeleine could not conceivably justify, or excuse the publication of inaccurate articles about them.

Gerry McCann gave evidence to the committee in March last year.

Responding to the MPs' report, the McCanns' spokesman, Clarence Mitchell, said: "Both he and Kate will be grateful that his evidence is fairly represented in the final report.

"As Gerry himself said, many newspapers behaved very poorly, and that is why he felt it was important to bring his and Kate's experience to the committee's attention.

"The points that Gerry McCann made to the select committee speak for themselves."

He added: "The problem Kate and Gerry had was with a number of national newspaper titles not the regional press.

"The Mercury's coverage has always been broadly fair and balanced and for that they remain grateful.

"Kate and Gerry are also very grateful for the effort and thought which went into the wristband production and donations.

"Kate and Gerry are very pleased the Mercury continues to support them."

Giving evidence to the committee, Mr McCann described how he and his wife resorted to suing British newspapers for libel because they felt negative stories about them were distracting from efforts to find their daughter.

He said the couple's lawyers advised them against going through the PCC to address their concerns about the reporting of the case.

Mr McCann spoke of how he and his wife struggled to cope with the intense media attention after their daughter went missing from Praia da Luz in Portugal on May 3, 2007.

He said: "Our family have been the focus of some of the most sensationalist, untruthful, irresponsible and damaging reporting in the history of the press."

Mr McCann said he hoped the Express Group libel pay-out had righted the wrong, but added: "I can't say that the damage that's been done has been reversed." if you must

I have never published this before, in truth I haven't the slightest memory of working with such a large canvas, like yourselves I am only familiar with the cropped version.

Nevertheless I shall leave it here, as much for my own inspiration as anything else. That it might yet turn into a rave is not beyond the realms of possibility, given how many potential party goers there could be.

Gerry McCann David Payne Suspicions of Paedophilia

The statements below were given by two English Doctors, Arul and Katherina Gaspar, to Leicestershire Constabulary thirteen days after the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

The Doctors Gaspar had previously shared a holiday in Majorca with Kate and Gerry McCann along with David and Fiona Payne.

Sufficiently concerned by the inappropriate behaviour displayed by David Payne in an interaction with Gerry McCann, motivated Katherina Gaspar and her husband Arul Gaspar to approach Leicestershire Constabulary and make statements to that effect.

It must be noted that both statements given by the Gaspars were withheld by Leicestershire Constabulary for a period of over six months.

Both statements were withheld by Leicestershire Constabulary until such time as Goncalo Amaral, Policia Judiciaria Co-ordinator for the Madeleine McCann case, was removed from the investigation on grounds of what was deemed to be inappropriate criticism of the English Police who were ostensibly assisting the Policia Judiciaria in the enquiry. Dr Amaral voluntary resigned from the Policia Judiciaria some short time later.

After his retirement Dr Amaral wrote the book A Verdade Da Mentira - The Truth About The Lie. As an introduction to the statements of the Doctors Gaspar, I have taken this excerpt from Doctor Amaral's book to in hope of explaining the circumstances surrounding the statements of the Gaspars.

I will however, leave it you the reader to draw your own inferences regarding the delay of more than half a year before the statements were forwarded to the Policia Judiciaria by Leicestershire Constabulary.

Links for the English version of A Verdade Da Mentira can be found at the end of this article.

From A Verdade Da Mentira:

This witness statement from the couple, S.G. and K.G., is taken by the English police on May 16th, thirteen days after Madeleine's disappearance. That information, very important for the progress of the investigation, was never sent to the Portuguese police. When the Portuguese investigators learn about similar events that allegedly took place during a holiday in Greece - without, however, obtaining reliable witness statements -, they tell the English police, who, even at this point, refrain from revealing what they know on the subject.

It will only be after my removal from the investigation, in October 2007, that this statement will finally be sent to the Portuguese police. Why did the British keep it secret for more than six months? It is all the more surprising that David Payne, who had planned the trip to Majorca - of whom it was known that his behaviour towards the children was, to say the least, questionable -, is the same person who organised the holiday in Portugal, that he is one of those closest to Madeleine and that he is the first friend of the family to have been seen with Kate McCann just after the disappearance (we will talk further about this). He was still present in Vila da Luz when the English police received that witness statement: why wasn't he interviewed immediately? Without doubt, the Portuguese police could have made progress with the investigation thanks to that lead: such behaviour would merit close attention. Were we looking in the right direction? Might we have established a link with the events of May 3rd? It is difficult to seriously doubt these witnesses.

Witness statement of Katherina Zacharias Gaspar

Surname: GASPAR
First Names: KATHERINA ZACHARIAS
Age: +18
Date of Birth:
Address:
Postal Code:
Profession:
Telephone no.:
Date of Statement: 16/05/2007
Number of Pages: 8

I make this statement in relation to the McCANN family who are currently in Portugal. The McCANN family is composed of Gerry McCANN, his wife, Kate McCANN and their three children,Madeleine, 4 years old, and Sean and Amelie, who are twins, aged two.

As has been widely covered by the news, Madeleine is not with her family presently, and has been missing for the last two weeks.

I will begin by explaining that I am married to Savio Gaspar and that we have two daughters, E., who is almost 3 and I. who is now one year old. I have been married to Savio for 11 years. I am a General Practitioner like my husband. I met my husband when we were (page 1) working together in Exeter, about 14 years ago.

To explain the way in which we met the McCANN family, I would like to state that my husband knows Kate, as they both attended Dundee University between 1987 and 1992. At that time, Kate’s name was Kate HEALY. I met Kate and Gerry on the occasion of their wedding, around 1998, in Liverpool. Both Savio and I went to the wedding because as Savio was an old friend of Kate’s, we were both invited to the event.

As far as I know, Savio did not know Gerry before the abovementioned wedding. From that time onwards, we met as friends about three times a year and we would spent weekends away together. I would say that we became intimate friends of Gerry and Kate.

I remember that in 2002 or 2003, Savio and I spent a weekend with Gerry and Kate in Devon. We would stay in contact with each other by telephone.

In 2002/2003 Savio and I were living in Birmingham and the McCANNS in Leicester.

In September of 2005, Savio, I and E., who at the time was about 1 and a half years old, went to spend our holidays abroad, in Majorca. We went (page 2) on holiday with Kate, Gerry, and Madeleine, who would have been around 2 and a half years old and with the twins, Sean and Amelie, who were just months old. I remember that I was pregnant with I.

During those holidays there were also friends of Gerry and Kate with us.

There was a couple, whose names were Dave and Fiona, and whose surname was PAYNE, I believe. I think that they were married and had one daughter aged about 1, named L. I remember that during those holidays that Fiona was pregnant.

There was another couple, whose names were Tara and Stuart, but whose surname I cannot remember who were also on holiday with us. They had two boys, aged 1 and 3, whose names I do not remember. I did not know these two families before we went on holidays together. From memory, I think that it was Dave who organised these holidays and we all stayed together in a big house when we were in Majorca.

We spend a week on holidays, however, the McCANN family and the PAYNE family stayed for two weeks. I think that Tara and Stuart, and their two children, also stayed for just one week.

Two or three days had gone by, we were all staying in Majorca where, in general terms, we had fun (Page 3) with our children. Possibly, around the fourth or perhaps the fifth day abroad, I remember an incident that stayed recorded in my head. I say this in this way, because I have thought numerous times about the incident that I am about to describe since that date.

One night, when we were on holiday, the adults, in other words, the couples that I mentioned were on a patio outside the house where we were staying. We had been eating and drinking.

I was sitting between Dave and Gerry whom I believe were both talking about Madeleine. I don’t remember the conversation in its entirety, but it seemed they were discussing a possible scenario. I remember Dave telling Gerry something like “she”, referring to Madeleine, “would do this”.

When he mentioned “this”, Dave was sucking on one of his fingers, pushing it in and out of his mouth, whilst with the other hand he circled his nipple, with a circulating movement over his clothes. This was done in a provocative manner there being an explicit insinuation in relation to what he was saying and doing.

I remember that I was shocked at this, and looked at Gerry, and also at Dave, to see their reactions. I looked around (page 4) to see “did anyone else hear this, or was it just me”. There was a nervous silence noted in the conversations of all the others and immediately afterwards everyone began talking again.

I never spoke to anyone about this, but I always felt that it was something very strange and that it wasn’t something that should be done or said.

Apart from this, I remember that Dave did the same thing once again. When I refer to this, I want to mention again that it was during a conversation, in which he was talking about an imaginary situation, though I could not say precisely what it was about. I believe that he was talking about his own daughter, L., though I’m not certain. He slid one of his fingers in and out of his mouth, while the other hand drew a circle around his nipple in a provocative and sexual manner. I believe that he was referring to the way that L., would behave or would do it.

I believe that he did this later on, during the holidays, but I cannot be sure. The only time, besides this one, that I was with Dave and Fiona was several weeks after the holidays, when Savio and I met up with Gerry, Kate, Dave and Fiona at a restaurant in Leicester.

I am absolutely certain that he said what he said and that he made the gestures I referred to, but that could have occurred in the restaurant in Leicester, even though (page five) I believe that it was later on, in Majorca. When I heard Dave saying and doing this a second time, I took it more seriously.

I remember thinking whether he looked at the girls in a different way from me or from the others. I imagined that maybe he had visited Internet sites related to small children. In short, I thought that he might be interested in child pornography on the internet.

During our holidays, I was more attentive at the bath times after hearing Dave saying that.

During our holidays in Majorca, it was the fathers who took care of the children baths. I had the tendency to walk close to the bathroom, if it was Dave bathing the children. I remember telling Savio to took care to be there, in case it was Dave helping to bathe the children and, in particular, my daughter E. I was very clear about this, as having heard him say that had disturbed me, and I did not trust him to give bath to E. alone.

When I heard Dave say that a second time, it reinforced what I already thought in relation to his thoughts about girls. During our stay in Majorca, Dave and his wife, Fiona, accompanied by their daughter L., took Madeleine (page 6) with them to spend the day, in order to give Kate and Gerry a bit of rest and time to be with the twins. When I say this, it is not that I was worried about Madeleine’s safety, since she was also with Fiona and L., and also with Dave, as far as I know.

As I have already mentioned, I was only with Dave and Fiona on one occasion, after Majorca, and I have not spoken to them since then. In the last two years, we have met, as a family, with the McCANN, every now and then. This mainly happens on the children’s birthdays, a time when we meet up.

The first time I heard of the terrible news about Madeleine’s disappearance through the radio, my thoughts went immediately to Dave. I asked Savio if Dave was also on holidays with the McCANN in Portugal but he did not know.

I watched the TV thoroughly, and seeing the news coverage, I noticed that Dave was there, because I saw him, in the background, on the television images during the first days after Madeleine’s disappearance. Based upon that, I believed that he was on holidays with the McCANN in Portugal.

Today, Wednesday, 16th of May of 2007, at 17:40, I gave DC Brewer an A4 page containing 2 photographic images. I am going to refer to these images as (Ref KZG/1) (element of proof) that may (page seven) be presented as means of proof, if necessary. These photographs were taken during the holidays in Majorca. In the photographs, Dave is wearing a white T-shirt and the woman in the photograph corresponds to his wife Fiona. The man who is holding the glass of wine in the photograph is Stuart. These photographs were taken while we were in Majorca.

Witness statement of Arul Savio Gaspar

Name: Arul Savio Gaspar

Date of statement: 16-05-2007

This statement was made in relation to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

I currently work as a GP at Saint Clements Surgery, Birmingham, where I have been employed for the last nine years.

Madeleine is the daughter of Kate and Gerry McCann and we are friends of the family.

I have known Kate since 1987, when we met at Dundee Medical School, and became friends. We have remained in touch all this time and meet up 3 or 4 times a year, we often talk on the phone or email each other.

When we first became friends in 1987 she was still known as Kate Healy, this was the case until she married Gerry at the end of 1990s. Kate and I completed our medical degrees in 1992, when we each carried on with our lives, once we had begun our careers.

After I finished my degree I began my career in Exeter, and I think Kate went to Glasgow.

I only met up with Kate again in 1997 or 1998. At that moment I was married to Katherina, we had both been invited to attend Kate and Gerry’s wedding.

After their wedding we lost contact and I think they went to New Zealand.

We only met up again in 2001 in Birmingham.

The couple visited us in the house where we then living, in Athingys Green, and this was the first time I talked to Gerry.

I think that at the time Kate and Gerry were living in Queeniborough, Leicestershire.

From 2001 and 2005 we were in regular contact and often visited each other’s homes.

We planned holidays for the first week of September 2005 in Majorca, Spain, together with three other couples including Kate and Gerry. We did not know the other two couples, they were friends of Kate and Gerry’s, we had never met them before.

We all had children.

When we went on this holiday we had one daughter, E. aged 18 months.

Kate and Gerry had 3 children, Madeleine almost two and the twins who were six months old.

The other couples were Fiona and David Payne and their daughter L. who was one year old and Stuart and Tara who had two boys aged three and one. I do not remember Tara and Stuart’s surname nor the names of their children.

Katherine and I had booked the holiday for one week and the other two couples had booked for two weeks. We stayed together in a large villa.

We all arrived at the villa separately.

During the period we stayed at the villa I remember a gesture made by David Payne.

I do not remember the context of the conversation between David and Gerry, but I do remember seeing David use his left index finger to rub his nipple, using circular movements, whilst he put his right index finger into his mouth, touching his tongue. This happened during a meal, at the end of the day in the villa, I do not remember the time or the date, but we would usually dine between 19.30 and 21.00 every day. I think this happened in the middle of the holiday.

I remember that when I saw this gesture I immediately thought it to be in very bad taste, independently of the context of the conversation they were having. We were sitting around a white plastic table in the villa. I don’t know if anyone else saw the gesture, apart from my wife Katherina. After this gesture, we did not notice any others and as far as i know, the gesture was not repeated.

We never commented on this gesture during the rest of the holiday and I thought no more about it.

I can describe Dave as a Caucasian male 1.78 m tall, and of a medium complexion. He had brown hair and used glasses/contact lenses depending on the circumstances.

I can say that Dave was a pleasant person. I do not remember him having any unusual characteristics.

During the holidays Dave never behaved in an inappropriate manner with Madeleine or with any of the other children. Dave was popular with the children and I took this to be because he was a close friend to the family.

I never distrusted Dave. After the holidays there was one occasion when we were with Kate and Gerry and Fiona and Dave were also present.

That was in a restaurant in Leicester in 2005. I do not remember the name of the restaurant.

We had a pleasant evening, just the three couples without the children.

I do not remember Dave having behaved inappropriately on this occasion. We have not spoken to Dave or Fiona since December 2005, only due to their being friends of Kate and Gerry, not for any other reason.

The last time I saw Kate, Gerry, Madeleine, Sean and Amelie was in March 2007 when they came to our house for the first birthday celebration of my daughter I.. On the morning of 4th May Katherine saw the news aboutMadeleine on television. We were very shocked and worried given that they were close friends.

It was during the days following the news of the abduction that we discovered that Fiona and David Payne were also with them in Portugal.

It was at this moment that Katherina showed concern at the gesture made by Dave in Majorca in 2005. Katherina remembered that when Dave made the gesture he was referring toMadeleine.

I only remember that Katherina saw the gesture at the time, I had forgotten the episode, it was never the subject of conversation.

At the time I did not feel the gesture was referring to Madeleine.

It is my wish that the police are aware of my preoccupation with the gesture made by David Payne.

Signed. .

Any Thoughts?

I am, or I was before I put these two graphics together, working on other graphics for a blog post.

I have to be honest about it, bitch as I have in the recent past about how time consuming the McCann Gallery was, it was other things besides the hours.

It was far better suited to my psyche, and again I have to be honest, these fuckers wind me up to a degree that; well let's not go there shall we, because it's far from pleasant, it's dark in fact.

Consequently the stress level, even though it was of my own making, was much lower, satisfaction? similar I guess, but satisfaction is not what it's really all about, it never has been, it's about putting a halt to the damage that this pair and their agents are doing to the fabric of this country.

Justice for Madeleine McCann, conviction and a lengthy period of incarceration, proportionate to their crimes and stopping the rot have fused inextricably to become a homogeneous entity in its own right, a Cause a Crusade call it what you will, but whatever we call it, it is imperative that we serve it to the best of our ability and in the most affective way possible.

There is much at stake here, Madeleine McCann has become for me, as she did so long ago for her parents, quite incidental.

Incidental to the parents as the little girl she was, incidental in most every way, but not incidental as a little earner, not incidental as the cash cow she has become, not incidental as the McCanns have defiled everything about the girl, defiled her memory, defiled her image, defiled her body, defiled everything about the pitiful little thing, defiled even her short tragic life on this earth.

What truly abominable creatures they are, Madeleine McCann, pimped by her own parents to become the most famous little whore in the world.

And well it would do us all to remember, to remember well all the others that wallow and wade through their own disgusting slime in their eagerness to feast at the Madeleine McCann money trough, you know well who they are, as do I, as do half the world, how could we forget?

This post has turned into something unintended, and no harm for that.

Originally it was to reach out for your thoughts on which direction that I might take regarding what I do here.

Having just written what I have, or should I say having been a party to what appears on the page, for it seems the thing has written itself, however it got there it has brought me to a decision.

Of the day to day goings on I shall write no more, I will resurrect the McCann Gallery and if I choose to write it will be as opinion pieces only.

Thank you all for your interest and support.

These two are somewhat academic now, but never mind.

Yes Kate, Questions Do Need To Be Answered But Not By Murat

It was my chat with Ironside earlier this evening that prompted me to go in search of this old post. The subject of that chat being Kate McCann's sordid efforts to try and sell Robert Murat up the river, and how it became a defining moment on how I approached this case.

Ironically the post just so happens to mention:

.....seven witnesses claim to have seen Mr Murat near the McCanns' holiday apartment on the night of May 3.

This is a re-up from Only in America, and judging by the date, New Years Day 08 of all days, and judging by the intro, I was treating this case like it had leprosy and it was the last thing I wanted to blog about. Oh how I wish.
But that said, the post has a graphic of Murat, so I don't know what to make of the dates, and frankly I'm past caring tonight.

eta: Having given it a little thought, it would appear that I was being drawn into this story albeit reluctantly. Is there any wonder?

~ ~ ~

Yes Kate, Questions Do Need To Be Answered But Not By Murat

I normally avoid writing on this story like I would avoid the plague, but when I read the likes of this from Kate I left my kids alone every night so I could go on the piss McCann it kind of stirs me.

This below was not part of the original post, but obviously an early attempt and equally obvious, cobbled together while in the early stages of my learning curve.

You have some nerve woman, you and your sneering arrogant little prick of a husband, if questions need to be answered I suggest you and your poxy husband show an example and lead the way.

And a pox on the Daily Mail for it's incessant writing of such trash, and not least the photo it runs with today's story, Katiepoos sat there looking all so sweet and innocent, what a bloody croc.

You are a scumbag, you and your husband both.

Kate McCann: My suspicions over Murat's alibi on the night Madeleine vanished

Kate McCann is suspicious about Robert Murat's alibi for the night her daughter Madeleine vanished, it was revealed yesterday.

The mother of three has confided to friends she believes there are questions about the British expat that need to be answered.

Mrs McCann's doubts emerged after the Daily Mail reported that seven witnesses claim to have seen Mr Murat near the McCanns' holiday apartment on the night of May 3.

He has always insisted he was at home all night at the villa he shares with his elderly mother in Praia da Luz, near the Mark Warner holiday complex. A friend of Kate and her husband Gerry said: "Kate has always felt there are questions concerning Murat and a body of evidence contrary to what he is saying.

"Gerry doesn't know whether he is involved but Kate has always been suspicious."

Mrs McCann, 39, has avoided publicly voicing suspicions about Mr Murat. more

Absolutely staggering.

Is This Turning Into a Circus?

Whereas I have every sympathy for the parents and share the public's concern for the safety of Madeleine McCann, I cannot help but wonder about certain aspects and motives in this ongoing tragedy.
And now the parents are flying off for an audience with the Pope.
The couple are expected to head for Italy on Tuesday on a private plane provided by a well-wisher before their meeting with Pope Benedict XVI .

And my second.

Arab News:The Brits The Tabloids The McCanns
.
In truth I only started to take an interest in this story after the McCanns were declared arguidos. (suspects)

I have in the past posted a couple of articles on the subject only to find the blog has been inundated with visitors following this particular story, it's very similar to the current cause celebre Dog Chapman. If a blogger wants thousands of hits then all they have to do is run with a sensational headline, but that's not what it's really about, well not for me.

All that said I'm running with this article from the Arab News and I do have to admit they ain't a million miles away.
Incidentally I have a daily read of the comments section of the the "Madeleine" post at the Anorak because without a doubt there is something very very moody about this story, not least the behaviour of the the McCanns.

This is of course a phenomenon that is sweeping the globe but it is especially highly developed in Britain, a postindustrial country that has for some years boasted more actors than it does coal miners. It is perhaps no accident that the most successful British leader of recent times, the former Prime Minister Tony Blair, is a virtuoso performer, less a real politician than a showman with a special talent for impersonating a politician.

It might be uncharitably suggested that the McCanns, dining out in Portugal every night with their friends, were more concerned with playing the part of parents than with actually looking after their children, and that in this sense they are indeed the authors of their own misfortune.more

The Twenty First Century The McCanns and the Portuguese Legal System

Given that we are now at present living in the first decade of the Twenty First Century, and it is not unfair to say that we have arrived at a reasonable level of intelligence and sophistication as a species.

Given this and given all of that which surrounds this case, of the incessant mantra uttered by the last people to see the girl alive, to all the other indicators that point to the McCanns involvement in both the death of their daughter and the concealment of here body.

Given these things, could someone please tell me, for pities sakes do, how this oft uttered and oft quoted drivel:

"There is absolutely no evidence that Madeleine is dead and there is absolutely no evidence that we were involved in her disappearance,"

Accompanied by the equally overplayed and worn out:

"If people believe she's dead they won't look for her."

Could someone tell me please, how this infantile drivel, is not only re-printed ad nauseum in the press, when in reality it should be laughed off the pages with all the scorn and derision worthy of it, but more than an answer to this question, an answer to the next would be of profound interest to me?

How on earth do these two trite and utterly ridiculous mantras become the basis for an injunction, and one that is upheld, in a Portuguese court of law?

Wake Up And Smell The Chicanery? Shurely Shome Mishtake!

Good Quality Wristbands' favourite, Dr Martin Roberts, offers another thoughtful piece.

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!

......Cue Clarence Mitchell.

Their spokesman said they were "determined to stop Amaral repeating his rubbish." (Daily Star 11.2.10).

Speaking on air to Jon Gaunt (9.1.2008) the Grand Panjandrum said this:

"Even if you send a cheque or anything in an envelope to 'Kate and Gerry in Rothley it'll get there. People from around the world are doing that and we're very, very grateful for every penny and we will maintain the use of that money, fully, for the finding of Madeleine, to bring her back home where she belongs."

How's that for rubbish? Matched, if not surpassed, by his remarks quoted in the Daily Mail (12.2.10):

'The tragedy of this case, which once again has been highlighted by this, is what little was done to find Madeleine.

'Kate and Gerry will have to do it themselves as they have been doing. They are the only ones looking for her.'

Instinctively one is tempted to rail against these remarks. Anyone who walks upright and eats with a knife and fork will have realised by now that the only persons the McCanns are looking out for are themselves (Kate McCann, for example, speaks of 'a missing child' not 'her missing daughter'). But take a step back from the broth, and include among the ingredients the considerations of the McCanns' Portuguese Lawyer, Isabel Duarte who, according to Vanessa Allen of the Daily Mail, said that they (the PJ) had not investigated any tip-offs since the case was officially shelved, in July 2008, when the McCanns were cleared as official suspects in the investigation (12.2.10).

Well, the McCanns, as we know, were not 'cleared', and if a case is rendered dormant by a judicial authority, then it can only be re-awakened by that same authority. It's not for the Police in Portugal, now otherwise engaged, suddenly to take it upon themselves to embark on 'awaydays' all over Europe in relation to a 'pending' issue. Ms Duarte's indignation, it should be noted, stems from a period in time commencing one year and more after Madeleine's disappearance. This issue itself has the capacity to divert us, as do so many that crop up, but rather than dwell on it just yet, we might do to better link it together with the seemingly unexpected concession on the part of Gerry McCann that the case could be re-opened.....more scroll down for Wake up and smell the coffee.

And let me take this opportunity to try and explain why there are never enough hours in a day for me.

Much is down to my penchant for illustrating blog posts. From the very beginning I have always searched out a photo or two or a cartoon, anything really that is relevant and brightens up the post a biteen, or more recently, in the case of the gallery, something that might just give me some inspiration an idea of which road to go down.

A typical result being the graphics below. An image search for "wake up and smell the coffee" produced, among hundreds of other things, the clipboard that I have inserted over the balloons, which by the way is an album cover of the same name.
Such a shame that the balloons were red, but then I suppose I would have been asking far too much for them to be the same colours that the McCanns employ when they are searching for Maddie.

It was while I was typing in my search, that Google suggested, as it does, "Wake up and smell the carcass" giving me one of those "Yer wot" moments, but as you can see, resulted in this below.

But it was the word, keyword if you like, "carcass" that sent me off on something I'm no stranger to, that insatiable consumer of time, the tangent.

Christopher Hitchings, atheist and Neocon, a rare combination you must agree, subsequently a man I can only half admire, Christopher Hitchins in his own inimitable outspoken way, did, upon hearing about the death of the Reverent Jerry Falwell, voice his opinion on the fat slug, an opinion that offended the sensibilities of the American Nation.

With the hypocrisy and faux moral outrage that can only be found in a Nation that is never happier than when it is dropping bombs on people by the million, I did I must admit, find it quite amusing when Hitchens described Falwell's "fat carcass" being discovered purifying on the floor of his own (Falwell's) office.

The inevitable outcome of remembering this event was to go in search of the, dependant on your view point, the offending clip. Unfortunately, after a search worthy of the Grail, and more time spent than I would care to admit to, I cannot offer the original clip, but only the one below where from the four minute thirty mark, it gets a mention.

A mention wrapped up in the previous mentioned faux outrage, and unsurprisingly accompanied by a lot of right wing noise in the form of Republican shill, the less than endearing, Shaun, Gobshite Hannity.

A more civilised discourse between Hitchens and Anderson Cooper on the subject of Falwell's demise, can be found in the last clip.

So by way of explanation dear readers and commentators, is that my failure to respond to your comments is only, and only is, for want of time.

Will Star Witness Jane Tanner Be McCann's Downfall?

Or one of the others perchance?

Something to warm the cockles of your heart after yesterdays dismal day, Murat takes legal action against four Tapas.

Is this the way in, through the back door, will Gerry get thrown under the bus?

If it gets that far, who knows what might happen, Like we have been doing, we will have to wait and see. But would I be too extreme if I said the Portuguese Legal System, seems to me, to be little more than a front for other interests?

I do hope not.

EXPAT IS TO SUE TAPAS BAR FRIENDS

Robert Murat is taking legal action against four of the McCanns' friends
Friday February 19,2010
By Daily Express Reporter BRITON Robert Murat, wrongly labelled a suspect in the Madeleine investigation, is taking legal action against four of the McCanns’ friends, it was revealed yesterday.

The estate agent has lodged a “criminal complaint” against Jane Tanner, 39, who claimed she saw a man carrying a child near the McCanns’ holiday apartment on the night Madeleine vanished.

A second complaint has been made against Ms Tanner’s partner, Dr Russell O’Brien, and Fiona Payne and Rachael Oldfield, also members of the so-called Tapas Seven.

It is understood that the complaints centre on allegations that the four gave evidence to Portuguese police which led to them making Mr Murat, 35, a suspect in the investigation.

The expat, who lived in Praia da Luz at the time, was found to have no involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance.

Details of the allegations, lodged at a court in Lagos in the Algarve, are unclear because under Portuguese law the parties involved cannot discuss them. Express

Yes, from the Express, perhaps they would like their money back.

Call Me Stu. Thank You No

Hello Kiddywinks, having lost to cyberspace the fruits of yesterdays toil, my only offering today is this one clip and a few observations.

Originally intended to be part of a much larger post (you might bear that in mind) at the plod blog, which it may yet still, this is my offering for today, and includes an appeal at the end I might add.

I have upped this four minute lie-fest for reasons more than one, although just to listen to all the lies and bullshit spewing out of your boy is reason enough.

But it was something said at the twenty second mark that made featuring this clip a must.
This clip I have to dedicate to one of Leicester's finest, Stuart call me Stu Stuart Prior

So what was said that prompted me to do so: "Right from day one after Madeleine was taken" said our father of the year, and your boy, we mustn't loose focus on that little fact.

"after Madeleine was taken" That rang a bit of a bell, by gum it did, Stuy's emails to Ricardo Pava! that was the reason for the familiarity

From: Stuart Prior
To: Ricardo Paiva

.......We have not spoken with Jane at all and will not share our e fits with anybody except yourselves unless you request this from us. It appears there were at least three charity collectors if not more in the area in the weeks prior to Madeleine being taken. more Leicester Plod's New Year Message

Now ain't that something, prior to Madeleine being taken, you would be forgiven for thinking if this was the opinion of a wet behind the ears probationary woodentop, not knowing any better than to repeat the manta of the parents, notwithstanding the parents being the last persons to see the girl alive, and incredibly, still Arguidos, still suspects, still in the frame, yes you might be forgiven for thinking that.

But it didn't come from a probationary woodentop, it came from no less than a Detective Superintendent, Detective Superintendent, call me Stu, Stuart Prior.

Perhaps it's me that's at fault, perhaps I shouldn't expect that others in pursuit of their careers, apply my level of integrity, or my degree of professionalism, that I once employed in the pursuit of my career.

Perhaps that's what it is, and perhaps it's not, perhaps it's just what it appears to be, a fucking scandal.

Moving on, another minute of yet more unconvincing drivel brings us to this:

"We did wish for a reconstruction to be done very early on, as would be the norm... ...and we were prepared to come and participate in the reconstruction, in fact we would have been obliged to come back as Arguidos and participate - and it wasn't our decision not to do it, although I have to say I don't think it would have helped very much in the search for Madeleine."

I don't have to parse this paragraph do I? other than to say that if this thing ever gets to court, and by that I mean what we are all working towards, not this ill judged bluff by the mCanns.
If then it does see the inside of a courtroom, Gerry McCann will have the tapas lot under the bus as fast as his wee arms can throw them.

And from what we have seen of his unenviable character, if he's going to go down, so are all the rest. A fact I'm sure, of which the tapas are far from unaware, so for the time being we may take at least some degree of comfort in their undoubted discomfort.

And we must never forget, that this obscenity has only been allowed to grow to become the grotesque thing that it has, due to, and only due to the silence of the Seven. And that in itself is far more unforgivable than the actions taken by the perps in their quest for self preservation.

And then it just carries on with the same old lies, the same shameless use of his daughters name, and when Q&A session started, I stopped, enough is enough.

But there is one thing I would so dearly like to know, the name of the loathsome English jouno, who, while on his knees asks of McCann the most nauseating softball questions while simultaneously trying to stuff as much McCann cock in his greedy mouth as is imaginable.

Is anyone in a position to find out the name of this odious sycophant? he is present on videos from outside the courthouse, not this alone. I shall have a look for a link, for it's not the first time I have asked the question.

Toady gets in a couple questions and tries for a third in this brief clip, sick bags at the ready. Who is he?

Lorraine Kelly. Cnut Shill and McCann Whore

McCann whore extraordinaire and writer of drivel indescribable.

You're no shagging Gerry are ye? my little nominee for Cunt of The Year. And I must add, despite February not yet out, firm favourite by twenty lengths.

I leave this for your amazement, among other reactions no doubt.

Will nightmare never end for Maddie’s mum and dad?

Fresh pain is piled on the McCanns with the news that police in Portugal ignored “hundreds” of potential sightings of their missing daughter Madeleine because they believed she was dead.

The information, including photographs sent to the police by members of the public showing little girls they thought could have been Maddie, were never shown to her parents.

Instead, these tip-offs were put into a dossier marked “not relevant to the investigation” and filed away.

This entire case has been an utter disaster from the minute Kate and Gerry discovered their little girl had gone missing in Praia de Luz in May 2007.

The disapproval by the police of the fact the McCanns had left their three children alone in the apartment while they had dinner with friends seemed to colour their judgement.

The McCanns were dubbed bad parents and vilified.

No-one knows better than they do how stupid it was to leave the children alone. It was a horrible mistake and one the McCanns have to live with every single day.

I would never have done it with my own child, but that doesn’t mean this poor family deserved to have their daughter snatched or to be treated as murder suspects.

All they wanted was for the authorities in Portugal to pull out all the stops to find their child.

Dismay

Instead, to their utter dismay, they’ve been torn apart by those they trusted to find little Madeleine.

So much so, they’re going through the ordeal of a court case in Lisbon to try to stop any more scurrilous and money-spinning books being written.

If the police hadn’t closed their minds to any other possibility other than this little girl was dead, she may very well have been found safe and well by now.

We will never know.

Can you imagine what that’s like for her tortured mum and dad?

They’ve endured almost three years of living in a nightmare with no sign of ever waking up. Sunday Post

Footnote: This is one rare piece of writing I must declare. Under normal circumstances, I might be able to muster the fortitude to read this but the once, yet for reasons I'm still trying to fathom, I keep getting drawn back to read the thing over and over again.

Could it be that my brain is incapable of accepting what my eyes ask of it?

A Rainbow takes the glitter off the McCann's pot of gold

Just a taste, and a tip of the hat.

Madeleine McCann: A Rainbow takes the glitter off the McCann's pot of gold

Nor did the tasteless "star-studded" party that to all appearances was meant just as much as a show of defiance as to raise money for the quickly established fund, go quite as you planned. A photograph in the Daily Mail, gives an indication of how it went - and how those who dedicate themselves to missing children feel about you Gerry. You know the photograph I am referring to, the one where you "say" "I'm Gerry McCann - you can't touch me" in an angry, fist-clenching show of defiance.

As for the injunction hearing in Portugal, you must have felt pretty pleased at how the January session went. You knew that the British press, eager as always to play the race card, would come to your rescue as they have since May 2007, by blaming everything on, "vile" Johnny Foreigners and their "evil lies".

Not quite so easy to do that with Lee Rainbow though is it Gerry?

Lee Rainbow, the internationally respected profiler for the crack British police agency - the NPIA, recommended that the Portuguese police investigate you and your wife because of contradictions in a statement made by yourself. He also suggested Madeleine's brother and sister should have been interviewed about her disappearance. Would you have given permission for the twins to be interviewed? Or would you have refused - as you refused a urine sample from the twins who slept soundly during an abduction, followed by a room full of people running around shouting?

For someone who claims the only thing that matters is finding the little girl you left unprotected, refusing to cooperate with Portuguese police on several occasions, as well as dismissing British Family Liaison officers who you later went on to berate, (while ignoring the makeup of your audience) and relying on investigators of dubious character and ability, seems a funny way of going about it if you don't mind me saying so.

Oh but you will mind me saying so wont you - you mind anyone saying anything that is not pre-approved by Team McCann or Carter-Ruck. Would you like to know how I feel about Carter-Ruck's attempts to silence everyone who speaks out against you - or have you managed to figure that one out already? With a little help from your friends perhaps - as you do with so many things.

Serial litigation however, is not the only tool in the armory of the McCann Defense Force. When in trouble the British Establishment have always relied on that good old standby - try to discredit the enemy old chap. It suits the British Establishment perfectly as it requires little in the way of courage or moral fiber.

There have been systemized campaigns to discredit Amaral; the highly insured sniffer dogs; DNA evidence - in fact anyone and anything that spoils the McCann party - in much the same way as those who sought justice for the victims of the Jersey care home scandal were viciously attacked in the media and by uniformed Establishment lackies. more i On Global Trends

Clarence Mitchell I Know What Your Vital Leads Consist Of

I thought this might be opportune to re-up an old post, particularly in light of the the tripe that the sewer rats of the UK press are printing on behalf of the idiot Mitchell.

And just a quick question for all the Editors of our noble press.

How do you go home and look your wife and kids in the eye, when they ask of your day, what do you say to them?

"Today as every other day, I fulfilled my role as Clarence Mitchell's lackey."

And that is exactly what you are, Mitchell's lackey, Mitchell's creature, a creature's creature.

What an unenviable station in life, how low, how base, how disgusting.

The piece in question is at the end, these are Mitchell's "Vital Leads" or however they are described, this is the drivel that he spouts, this is the drivel that the lickspittles and the toadies print in their arsewipes as they rush to do the bidding of what has to be the most reptilian excuse for a man to ever disgrace this country.

~ ~ ~

On the eve of Clarence Mitchell's address to the Oxford Student's Union I thought I might bring you this timely reminder of his and the McCann's determination to leave no stone unturned in their search for the missing five year old Madeleine McCann.

Madeleine was three years old when she was abducted from an unlocked rented apartment in the quiet Portuguese resort of Praia Da Luz while her parents dined at a restaurant a short distance away.

Mister McCann reiterated his belief that Madeleine was still alive,
"Reassuringly, we know there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to suggest that Madeleine has been seriously harmed." said Mister McCann in a recent interview.

In a previous interview Mrs McCann said, "Somebody has committed a heinous crime."

In a recent newspaper interview with the Independent in an article humbly entitled:
'I am a decent human being. If I can help them, I will' (link) Clarence Mitchell said about the Private Detectives employed by the McCanns in their quest for leaving no stone unturned:
"The detective agencies they hired are no longer on the case." and when further queeried as to the status quo Mitchell had this to say:
"I can't go into details, because the investigators don't wish me to." but did go on to confirm that there was still a relevant search going on albeit on a smaller scale.

Mister Mitchell did however give an insight into the daunting task faced by investigators.

There is still a huge amount of material to work through: such as more than 3,000 "psychic tip-offs. Any verifiable fact in them – and some are very detailed – has to be checked". said Mitchell.

Psychics, fucking psychics, I ask you.
