Same Night Same Lies Same Details and Same Conclusion

That same conclusion as ever it was, Madeleine McCann was not abducted.

You know it, I know it, the PJ know it, Leicester plod knows it, half the world knows it.

And not least the press knows it, but nobody says a word, nobody that is except us pesky bloggers.

I should have mentioned in the header, but it was getting a bit crowded there, same author.

....But this was like playing with a Rubik Cube because of what the Tapas 7 had already put in their witness statements: move one, you may have to move them all. If he’d done his check at 9.05 what had he been doing between 9.07, say, and when Jane Tanner saw him by the back gate about 9.20 at the earliest? A trip to the loo, a gaze down at his daughter – and then what? He must have been talking to Jeremy Wilkins, that’s where the unaccounted 10 -15 minutes had gone. But argh! Jane Tanner had said in her statement that, whatever time they had both gone, she had followed him only five minutes afterwards.

Shrug. That was another bridge that would have to be crossed if they ever went back to Portugal. For now it would be good enough: out went Clarence with the story that so enraged the Portuguese cop.

We can see all this modification and creation when we come to the BBC Panorama programme made during this period and shown in late November 2007. This, remember, was no ordinary documentary. It formed a highly important, perhaps the most important, part of the “twin tracks”, with modified, and previously unknown, material, including the bolting together of the Tapas 7 statements, being deliberately offered to the producers by the defence team. more The rapidly revolving door.

A Reconstruction? After All The Lies We've Told! Don't Be Silly

And just how many of the other shabby crew are liars? whatever takes your fancy.

But there is one factor in this case that has always been one hundred percent, too many details, always too many details.

Read or watch anything about this pair and it's always too many details.

As with all McCann videos, unless I am forced, I never watch them, they give me blood pressure and I don't have blood pressure, the best for instance I can give you is the mockumentry.

I suffered the parts I had to when I took apart the street scene but I did watch our mother of the year going through all the details of door angles, draughts and curtains, oh and lets not forget the poor light, light that seems to be only Kate specific.

Apart from too many details being a dead give away, body language wise, they tend to trip you up, as I and many others have written about in the past, but today it is John Blacksmith that parses the details and lies of that fateful night.

I don't know what ails Blacksmith of late, weather he thinks he's driving a new car or suffering insomnia, but he's upped his output a gear, how bad, drive on.

....So in that five minutes everything has happened. Gerry has made the two minute walk to his apartment, checked the children and closed the patio doors behind him, leaving the front shutters and window also safely closed. While he is descending the patio steps to the street gate to encounter Wilkins a few yards away, a matter of forty or fifty seconds at most, an intruder has appeared at the front of the building, broken in, gained access to the bedroom, removed the child, climbed out of the window, lowered the shutters partially behind him, walked up the ramp outside the apartment into the street – and appeared, snap, as Jane Tanner passes the talking pair and spots him.

It can’t be done. There simply isn’t enough time, as the Portuguese investigators knew and were intent on proving, eventually, by a reconstruction of the supposed movements of the nine. The defence lawyers, having looked at the information themselves, agreed and told Gerry so. Perhaps, they suggested, Mr McCann should give the matter more thought. more Decisions, decisions

And let us not forget Gerry McCann's pals shall we?

I'm Glad You're Not My Doctor McCann

You look somewhat unbalanced if you don't mind me saying, not to mention a tad mad about the eyes.

Does anybody know the story behind the last one in the series, looks like there might be something interesting in the telling?

Clarence Mitchell: A Blight On Humanity

Madeleine is dead and the parents have, with the assistance of a person or persons unknown, disappeared her body.

It is some nine months later that the story of the McCanns unprecedented, uninvited and shameless intrusion into lives and grief of the Cortes family, appears in the press.

By this same time, all but the simple and the foolish know that the child is dead, that includes numerous sections of the British Government and undoubtedly Leicestershire Constabulary.

It also includes in the know, Clarence Mitchell, a multitude of things apart, he wouldn't be there in the first place if the McCanns were innocent.

The McCanns have been made, and still are arguidos at this time.

Such then is the setting which surrounds this insidious tale.

Having had their shabby and shameless plans to use, the then still unknown fate of little Mari Luz, thwarted, what then is the response from team McCann and the piece of detritus that speaks for them?

It is not as you might imagine, a sincere apology for their transparent, self serving efforts, to give their own case some legitimacy, by the crass and vulgar use of Mai Luz's image, no it anything but.

It is however, anything but, what you can imagine, it is to attack, in all their grief and anguish, the parents of Mari Luz Cortes, attacked I might add with a degree of hypocrisy that is not only unheard of, but is immeasurable.

These utterly shameless words, spewed out by this despicable creature are below, and it is these words that cumulate in something so vile, so abhorrent, that they make one wonder just how base, just how wretched is the specimen that uttered them.

"How can someone be furious with another person for wanting to help to find the daughter?", said and outraged Mitchell.

Do the world a favour Mitchell, contract something terminal and die, but do make it something as painful as it is slow.

As a man and as a human being, your worth is nothing.

McCanns spokesman regrets the reaction of Juan Cortés and says that the couple only wanted to help

"It is shameful that Mari Luz's father presents complaints"

It is "surprising and shameful that Mari Luz's father presents complaints about us in a press release". This was the reaction of Clarence Mitchell, spokesman for the McCanns when he was informed by the 24 Horas that the father of Juan Cortés does not authorise the distribution of the 18 thousand posters with the images of Maddie and the Spanish girl in Spain and Portugal.

"We regret the confusion. We only wanted to help Mari Luz's family and honestly we thought we had permission from the girl's father to this joint campaign", said Clarence Mitchell. The problem is that the 18 thousand posters were already sent by post, last Thursday to Spain. "Our only hope is that the owners of schools, restaurants and other public places are aware of the reaction of Mr. Juan Cortés and do not display the posters", said the spokesman of Kate and Gerry McCann.

"As I explained to you newspaper last Saturday, we did believe to have the permission of the Cortés family. Few days after the disappearance of Mari Luz, a Kate's friend that speaks Spanish contacted the father of the Spanish girl and told him about the intention of the McCanns in printing a poster of both children.

At that time Mari Luz's father said he would appreciate everything that the McCanns could do". Clarence Mitchell will now talk with Kate and Gerry about the situation and also with the volunteers that cooperated in the poster campaign. "How can someone be furious with another person for wanting to help to find the daughter?", said and outraged Mitchell. source Jona Morais

Plumbing The Depths

This arsewipe is the Sun's response to the story above.

I really don't know what to say.

KATE McCann has told the parents of missing Mari Luz Cortes she is praying for them - as cops yesterday searched marshland for the five-year-old.

Police boats and frogmen were involved in the hunt for the Spanish youngster who vanished on Sunday in Huelva, Spain.

Letter ... Mari and Kate

It is 120 miles from Praia da Luz, Portugal - where Kate's daughter Maddie went missing last May.

Kate, 39, has written to parents Juan and Irene, both 34, telling them: "I feel your pain."

She added: "You are in my thoughts and I pray Mari Luz is found safe and well."

Builder Juan said yesterday: "Kate McCann knows what we're going through."

Kate and husband Gerry, 39, have also offered to put Mari Luz's face with Maddie on posters.

Juan said: "We thank the McCanns with all our hearts." Sun

Clarence Mitchell Dirty Tricks Man: At Least

Two quite brilliant and superbly written articles from John Blacksmith. A pleasure to read, thank you.

Winning His Spurs

Two weeks after her departure Clarence Mitchell announced at a press conference outside the McCanns' redbrick house in Rothley that he was resigning from the Foreign Office to work with the McCanns, mainly because “he believed in their innocence.” There is much dislike, even hatred, of Mitchell among those who have followed the case. The lugubrious undertaker-like figure of Clarence, however, brings a note of pure comedy into the sombre drama of Madeleine McCann; despite the sinister nature of his activities he remains as much a buffoon as a conspiritor, someone whose reach always exceeds his talents.

Pompous as a small town councillor, the journalist whose love of gruesome murders made him the butt of unpleasant jokes from his colleagues, the trainee TV newsreader who, farcically, lost his job by falling asleep and missing his bulletin, the head of a glorified press-cuttings department in the civil service which foreigners believed was a spider's web of secret intelligence with Clarence at its centre, reporting daily to the prime minister with his MMU folder under his arm. Nobody, but nobody, had ever taken Clarence Mitchell as seriously as he took himself before; now was the chance to show that Clarence could play with the big boys. more

Fugitives R Us

The soap-opera Search for Maddie, that "fairy-story" as the ex-police officer Marita Flores described it in a Lisbon court, ran for almost three more months to huge viewing figures and rave reviews until it was taken off in early September when the leading man and lady were removed from the stage and named, to audience uproar, as arguidos. Following their hasty exit to the UK the two stars now had to concentrate on the altogether less glamorous business of clearing themselves. Those, however, who thought that the parents, once away from the hysterical rumour mill of the Portuguese press, would dismiss the "ludicrous" claims against them with ease by calmly and simply putting forward the facts that demonstrated their innocence, were in for a shock. That was not to be their strategy at all.

With their new-found financial resources the parents engaged two of the most skilled and expensive lawyers in London. One, Gerald Caplan QC, was a specialist in saving people from extradition, however strong the evidence against them appeared to be. He was the saviour, if that is the right word, of Chile’s ex-dictator General Pinochet, who had begun his political career with the slaughter of his democratically elected predecessor and continued it with his “expunging” of political opponents by killing them on a truly South American scale. more

Meet Teddy

Teddy is an old hand at this blogging game and he has been with me on quite a few campaigns, our first one together was the old girl that fell foul of the batshit crazies with Mohamed the bear.

I thought I would bring him out for an airing, he's been in cupboard longer than Cuddle Cat now that he is surplus to requirements, CC not Teddy.

Anyway Teddy has a message, and I must think about installing a site meter over there, I'm posting away and I have no idea if anybody is reading the stuff.

Clarence Mitchell What a Loathsome Creature You Are

I had no intention to blog today, planning rather to try and make some sense out of the chaos that has become my picture library.

I had even less intent to spend time on research, but as is the way, something comes along and off you go on a tangent.

It was in the process of gathering material for a story that I felt should be re-visited, (Mari Luz - Madeleine Poster) that I came across this article and felt compelled to offer up for your disgust.

That I have never made mention of it before is obvious testament that these few lines are novel to me, the rest is bad enough, but that which I highlight is beyond my comprehension, as equally it is beyond any hint of decency.

I cannot however, even try to describe the emotions that the words of this slithering, slimy, disgusting excuse for a human being, brings about in me.

Clarence Mitchell, you are some piece of work.

Valentine's Day Hunt For Madeleine

9:45am UK, Thursday February 14, 2008
A new poster campaign has been launched to raise awareness of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann and two other children.

The "Don't You Forget" Valentine's Day campaign will send out images of the three missing youngsters to businesses and public sites across Spain and its islands.

It is hoped the posters will be displayed in banks, schools, churches, stations and other prominent places.

Clarence Mitchell, spokesman for Madeleine's parents Kate and Gerry, said: "As far as we are concerned our search continues every day for Madeleine. We will leave no stone unturned.

"Our investigators are continuing to follow up leads but we still need public assistance. That's why this latest phase is going out."

Two A3-size posters have been produced - one depicting Madeleine, alongside five-year-old Mari Luz Cortes, and one showing her with seven-year-old Yeremi Vargas.

Mari Luz went missing on January 13 this year in her home town of Huelva, 120 miles from Praia da Luz - where Madeleine went missing last May.

Yeremi Vargas disappeared from his home in Gran Canaria on March 10 last year.

Mr Mitchell said the reason why the other two children are included is "out of courtesy to their respective families".

"They are going through the same agony as Kate and Gerry. Their children are missing in the region in potentially similar circumstances," he said.

A letter in Spanish will accompany the posters, explaining their purpose and giving information on how to contact the authorities for those who believe they can help.

In all, some 17,400 packs have been produced, costing the Find Madeleine Fund £3,000.

An email version is also being sent out to thousands of recipients.

The new campaign comes as the Portuguese police investigation into Madeleine's disappearance draws to a close. Sky

Mari Luz is forgotten by the McCanns. She served her purpose and was thrown in the trash. The McCanns did not even send a wreath for her funeral. If they had ,it would have been headline news.

Poor Little Mari Luz...

I'm still missing something from my search, the bit where Mitchell has the audacity to say that the Family Cortes should be grateful for all he's trying to do for them. If anybody can put a finger on a link, it would be appreciated.

A Nod Is As Good As a Wink

Before I pass you on to another article that takes a look at the implications of what lies behind the now infamous little torn book that features in the equally infamous timeline, just a couple of thoughts of my own.

The implication that results from the conspirators actually sitting down and writing the thing, particularly under the circumstances, is not something we can or should ignore.

Had it not been for the fact that the Tapas Nine shot themselves in the foot by concocting such a tightly documented timeline as to make an abduction a virtual impossibility, I would say that the implications were more important than the timeline itself.

That not being the case however, does not diminish in the slightest, the importance of what can be inferred by its writing.

My previous thoughts on the implication of the thing.

And it's this common sense that says to me, and to you, if first we assume you are in possession of such, that, as the parents of a truly abducted child, the likes of what you see below is so unlikely, that it is not a written timeline made ready to show the police, it is in fact a confession, or what amounts to one in the real world, the world that is possessed of an ounce of common sense that is. more

And my similar questions as to those asked by John Blacksith.

At first glance it might not seem so terribly important but it does bother me somewhat and makes me ask who handed the torn book to O'Brien, who would feel comfortable enough to tear up a book belonging to a child, someone else's child and a recently "abducted" child to boot?

How likely is it that one of the Tapas Seven would tear up a book belonging to Madeleine? for all their faults I would say that surely they would have had enough upbringing, and are possessed of enough social graces, that to do such a thing would be totally alien to them, who then?
~ ~ ~

Memories Are Made of This

It is hard to resist the symbolic value of these sad little book covers – the weird insensitivity, for a start, in tearing a memento of a daughter apart to use for scrap paper. Who actually ripped it up in apartment 5A while they were waiting for the police to arrive? Russell O’ Brien, the member of the group who wrote the stuff down? Or the child’s father, joint custodian of the shrine?

Mr O’ Brien doesn’t tell us and nor, needless to say, does Gerry McCann. Well, it was only a kid’s book, wasn't it? But what was the urgency, what was so vital that they had to get it down on paper at that time of desperation and high emotion? Even Gerry dragged himself off the floor where he'd been howling with grief to join the venture. more The Blacksmith Bureau.

Let Us Pray For a Seperation of Church and Police Force

I have had considerably more than just one or two Google alerts for this story, not unsurprisingly quite a few from around the Islamic world. However that's not the road I'm going down today, I just find it a bit rich that's all, this sudden overt interest in Christian prayer.

But then perhaps it's not the prayers of Kafirs that has suddenly piqued their interest, perhaps it is that they experienced similar emotions to ourselves when hearing this story, I'm sure, you cannot be fucking serious, is not a response that is unique only to the Occidental world.

The content in this article from the Independent is much of a muchness of what I reported previously other than we now have a response from the National Secular Society which I shall include with a few of the more you cannot be fucking serious claims by the Christian Police Association.

It's as well that we keep such nonsense in the fore, we wouldn't want them sneaking up on us and surreptitiously promoting their agenda until we are overrun by Wooden Tops for Jesus, a bit like CCTV I suppose, we wouldn't want to overrun with those, would we?

This extract below is what I wrote as part of my Faith and Terrestrial Credibility piece, let me but add a little more.( in italics)

If you honestly believe that there is a supernatural, omnipresent, omnipotent super-being that listens to your silent entreaties, then intercedes in a physical way on your behalf, on this dust mote in the sky that we call Earth, then I think you have a problem.

But if you are a police officer who believes in such things, not only do you have a problem, but so do we, a great big one in fact, and that problem is you, Mister, Christian Police Association, policeman.

And just before I go, coincidence? or does someone have a sense of humour at the Independent?

A reminder then of God's mysterious ways, recounted by those that speak for him.

~

The nationwide organisation, which boasts 2,000 members, claims that there is "circumstantial evidence" to suggest that regular prayer sessions can help reduce crime rates and encourage criminals to make a new start to their lives.

~

Don Axcell, a retired Metropolitan Police sergeant who heads the CPA, told Police Review: "We want people to pray for the police, for example in solving crimes or protecting officers. We want to see the Christian community fully interacting with the service. I think it will break down barriers."

Mr Axcell said two incidents from his own career had made him believe that prayer really could help apprehend suspects. "One officer was investigating an incident but had not been able to apprehend a suspect," he said. "He encouraged a church to pray for him and within days a suspect had been charged. Another officer encouraged churches to pray about domestic burglary and over the year it came down by 30 per cent. We do not discount good police work, which is why we call it circumstantial evidence."

~

[Les Isaacs] "The approach has to be both pragmatic and spiritual," he said. "Prayer makes a tangible difference, we see it every day. If you pray for the well-being of the community around you will see people physically become less aggressive."

But Terry Sanderson, president of the National Secular Society, said the Government should not be funding religious-oriented police organisations which he believes have helped factionalise officers into competing camps.

"I have no objection to a local congregation praying for their community but the Government should not be funding these sorts of sectarian police groups," he said. "If there's one institution that should be avowedly secular, it is the police force. Yet we have Christian, Muslim and Jewish police associations all battling for greater recognition and government funding." Independent

They Fuck You Up, Your Mum and Dad

This Be The Verse

They fuck you up, your mum and dad.
They may not mean to, but they do.
They fill you with the faults they had
And add some extra, just for you.

But they were fucked up in their turn
By fools in old-style hats and coats,
Who half the time were soppy-stern
And half at one another's throats.

Man hands on misery to man.
It deepens like a coastal shelf.
Get out as early as you can,
And don't have any kids yourself.

Yet Nobody Says a Word

I started to tuck this on the end of the post below, but that would have been unworthy of the thing, both of the sentiment as a whole, and of this line particularly.

As a society, we need to know how that occurred.

We certainly do, as individuals, and as a society.

Yet nobody says a word.

It doesn't matter what the parents think.

Nine adults tell us that a child disappeared, into thin air, whilst in their care.

As a society, we need to know how that occurred. In detail.

Audited detail, as opposed to unaudited.

That includes all of those who participated in the "system of vigilence", especially those who claim that the 3rd of May was the the very first time that they had "checked".

Their word is not enough.

As with any real Audit, checkable, verifiable, evidence is required, as PROOF.

h/t MiceAnMen, composer.

I just have to add a bit here.

The man's daughter goes missing under extremely dodgy circumstances, he, his wife and and his holiday companions lie about those circumstances from the very beginning.

His apartment, his wife, and his car stink of dead bodies, he will not go back to Portugal for a re-enactment because it will show the abduction and for what it is, a fabrication and a tissue of lies.

Add to that the obfuscation, the inconsistencies and all the doubts that have been voiced, add to that, behaviour so repugnant, so vile and so unacceptable that I shudder and cringe at its mention, add all that lot together, and what have you got?

But before we make the addition, pray pardon, for there are things other to be added to the column.

His daughter goes missing, and what does the father do? he trademarks his daughter, he trademarks his daughter and turns her into a shop.
And please I beg, allow yourself a minute or two to take in the true reality of this act, never seen before in all the annals of history and unlikely to ever be witnessed again.

And what is the sum total of all this?

Well it's this, it is a country that chooses to ignore such obvious details, details equally noxious and unacceptable as they are obvious.

It is a country that by comparison would make the likes of Las Vegas, seem cultured, dignified and tasteful.

It is a country where the unacceptable has become the acceptable, a country in which the suspect hides behind a man, a man who's job description is but a euphemism for liar. A liar I might add, provided by the Government.

A country in which the Media have found a new level, moving from gutter to sewer in their fawning rush to whitewash the guilty, in a manner I might add, so distasteful that I am shamed.
The same Media that by compare would make Pravda seem like a shinning beacon of truth and light on the darkest of nights.
A Media who's crass display of xenophobia towards Portugal and all things Portuguese, would again by compare, make Das Reich read like The Socialist.

The column adds up to many things, but far from least, it adds up to a country that has allowed this man to become a Celebrity, nae, not just allowed, but actively aided and abetted him.

And nobody says a word, and I despair.

Team McCann, You Won't Will You?

When this fellow quits this coil, you won't will you?

It wouldn't do to appear so obvious.
