Semantics Are One Thing. Refusing a Reconstruction is Quite Another

In a long section on the vexed question of the inconsistencies in the Tapas 9’s version of events, and the need for a reconstruction of their movements to clarify them, it says quite clearly that after all nine were requested to attend,
